MUB-2-1250 transverse arm roller auto surfacing machine whichis developed by our company absorbed advanced technology fromabroad. It is the first special roller surfacing machine andcan be widely used in the maintaining and repairing ofhardface of multiple workpieces such as hot roller, steelroller, hot-cold back-up roller, nonferrous metal roller,bloom roller, breast roller. The application of the nationalunique mono wire swinging submerged arc automatic welding canefficiently improve the welding thermal circulation andcrystal condition of metal, so can prolong the service life,and what's more, beautiful, smooth, solving the defect ofcorrugation abration surface of mono wire single passsubmerged arc welding. Comparing with band electrode, itreduced much material cost, improving the labour capacity andlowering the labour intensity of operators. * First developed automatic submerged arc welding with theswinging head of wire feeder filled up the blank at home. The host has the samefunction and excellent welding effectiveness with importedmachines. * The control system with structure integrated design isconvenient to operate. * Diversified welding frame can meet multiple weldingrequirements of kinds of rollers. The swinging control unit ofhead is a separate system, which can be used both for swingingand traditional mono wire welding, satisfying the demand ofswinging welding of a mono wire welding line when surfacingrollers. * Swinging welding is a new tech introduced from abroad. Itsspreading and application highly improved the service life ofrollers and also reduced the repairing cost.
